1. Information We Collect
EasyTaxes collects information only when required to provide core app functionality and improve user experience.
1.1 Personal Information
When you sign in using Google Sign-In, we collect your name, email address, and Google user ID for authentication purposes. We do not access or store your Google account password.
1.2 User-Provided Files and Documents
The app may access files, documents, photos, or camera input only when you choose to scan, upload, or manage tax-related documents. These files remain on your device unless you explicitly share or upload them.
1.3 Device and App Information
We may collect basic device and app-related information such as device model, operating system version, app version, and crash logs to improve stability and performance.
1.4 Push Notification Data
Firebase Cloud Messaging generates a device token to deliver push notifications. This token does not personally identify users.

3. Local Data Storage
EasyTaxes uses a local database (Realm) to store documents, preferences, and app data on your device. This data is not transmitted to our servers unless you manually choose to share it.

We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared only with trusted third-party services strictly required for app operation, including:
- Google Sign-In (authentication)
- Firebase (push notifications, analytics, crash reporting)

EasyTaxes may request the following permissions, only when required:
- Camera (document scanning)
- Files and media (document upload)
- Notifications
- Internet access
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures, including secure authentication and encrypted network connections. While we strive to protect user data, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Children’s Privacy
EasyTaxes is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted promptly.
8. User Rights and Data Deletion
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at admin@domyeasytaxes.com. Requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
